Please join us for Happy Hour and meet and greet at Lovesong on Friday evening from 5-7PM. There isn’t a big crew coming to this wedding, so you might as well become besties the night before!

Dress code is casual.

Saturday, September 26th

Norfolk Botanical Gardens | Blanca Food & Wine

4:00PM

Bus Departs

Historic Cavalier Hotel

If you plan to hitch a ride to the Norfolk Botanical Gardens on the party bus, please meet at the front lobby of The Cavalier by 4PM. The bus leaves right at 4!

Once you arrive at NBG, you will have the option to walk to the ceremony site or hitch another ride on the provided golf carts. It’s about a 15 minute walk.

Ceremony

Norfolk Botanical Gardens

We will start the ceremony promptly at 5PM. It’s only a half an hour long. No real room for error here so don’t be late and miss the show!

5:30PM

Cocktail Hour

Norfolk Botanical Gardens

Once the ceremony ends and we are officially married, please join us for a cocktail hour right in the Butterfly Garden. You’ll be handed champagne and you will feel very fancy-free.

Around 6:30, you will get shuttled back to the parking area where the bus will be there to take you to Blanca.

Arrive at Blanca

Blanca Food & Wine

Upon arriving at Blanca, please make yourself comfortable, grab a drink, and enjoy more snacks!

7:30PM

Dinner begins!

Dinner service will officially pop off around 7:30PM! Appetizers are shared, but, fret not — everyone will order their own entree.

Around 10PM, our bus will shuttle everyone who needs a ride back to the Cavalier for drop off. And then we after-party.
